Evelyn Tina Pressley, was charged and arrested on Sunday Feb 26 for the attack. Jerome Powers was found dead by police. An autopsy report shows Tina Pressley hit Jerome Powers with the vacuum, that knocked him unconscious, she then choked Powers with her knee or hands.
