From the online reviews that I have read people have given it an average rating of 3 out of 5 stars. One person mentioned that they used this steam cleaning machine on their old metal blinds and the "dirt just came melting off!" The same consumer used it on their baseboards and molding and the dirt came off very easily.

Rebecca wrote that after she cleaned her shower with the steamer it looks brand new. She also used it to get rid of wood stain from the tile floor, with great ease.

There were some negative reviews on consumer complained of the problems getting it to clean his bathroom and tennis shoes without any luck. The only thing it has worked on what the grout on his kitchen floor.
