Consumer reviews

update - I was reading the reviews on epinions and overall the ratings aren't very good. 24 people give this steam cleaner a 2 out of 5 stars. So what's the problem? From my reasearch I have read that the Proheat is of poor quality, bad design and not very durable. Other problems include, the hose falling off and it breaks down constantly.

* I cannot recommend this cleaner based on the reviews and ratings that I have read.
